Don't pay for their subscription. The number of reactions they display are incorrect. If a property has already been on the site before, the reactions count continues. So a newly posted property will immediately start counting from the number of reactions it had the last time it was there. It doesn't save anywhere, so these statistics are worthless.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a 0, but let me state this clearly. If you are looking for a website that helps you find accommodation, I recommend you choose any other website except Pararius. I once bought a subscription for just one month and canceled it at the end of the month, but somehow those scammers made me pay a kind of debt for the period in July at the end of the year (in December). I did not receive any notification for almost half a year that I had an outstanding amount to pay, which meant I not only paid for the subscription but also a fine (which was actually higher than the subscription itself). In short, if you are looking for a tool to make your life easier (when it comes to finding a place to stay) - DO NOT CHOOSE PARARIUS - their main goal is to SCAM YOU!

I found a rental apartment through Ten Cate Real Estate and am extremely satisfied with the entire process. The team is young, energetic, and very professional. They think with you, respond quickly, and are always ready to answer questions. Thanks to their good guidance, the process felt clear and pleasant. Very satisfied with Ten Cate Real Estate! We found a beautiful home through Ten Cate Real Estate and are extremely happy with the entire process. From the first viewing to the moment we moved in, everything went smoothly. Bas Jetten was our contact person and he really deserves a compliment: he took ample time during the viewing, provided honest and clear information, and always responded quickly to our questions. The service remained top-notch even after the key handover. The property was in perfect condition; no hidden defects or unexpected problems. In short: a professional, reliable and customer-oriented real estate agency. We absolutely recommend Ten Cate Real Estate!

Pararius could be better named “Only for Students”. The platform is completely meaningless for regular housing seekers. Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

Looking for a room or a rental house? I really looked everything up but kept ending up at Pararius with the best and most current and complete offering! A relief for me after all the other websites I had visited. Keep up the good work!

Good service and everything nicely maintained.

Don't tell anything at all. It costs a lot and then you get the worst service in the Netherlands. My partner and I had responded to a house and we would hear something within 2 days. We are not emailed or called, so we call and email ourselves. Nothing is clear and no one can help us. Then a week later, we see that it's been rented out. So there you have it, that premium bullshit.

As a letting agent, we have been working with Pararius & Pararius office for several years now. We are always well supported, proactively helped and kept up to date. Keep it up!

I gave two stars because I want to be nice. Where do we start? *1 euro and then 29 to pay. Know that if you do this with the thought that you will cancel before the end of the month, you're completely wrong. They charge you 29 at the end of the month anyway, even if you cancel your subscription earlier. *You find a house on the website, you call and they say it's already booked, and then there's another house that's three times as expensive. I'm stopping here, I don't feel like writing anymore. Too nervous. Thieves.

The website is nothing more than a bulletin board for real estate agents. You pay 19 euros per month for Pararius (why? Just for an e-mail newsletter!) and then you pay each real estate office separately if you want to request a viewing. Requesting via Pararius is fictitious. There are even property advertisements that have long been full of viewings, old advertisements thus. Just a lure for real estate agents.
