Bad service, no consultation with the tenants of the house that is being sold, and no account was taken of the fact that we also needed to find something new. Had to contact them ourselves to ask when viewings were, in addition, not even a phone call after the viewing to let me know I could re-enter the house. Then 18 days to find a new living location on top of work and move everything and hand over the house clean. Including removing floors which was never discussed and isn't even ours but the landlord's. Everything is messed up and it’s not working at all. All around misery and stress for nothing. Know well where you are starting because with tadema it’s misery.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Tadema Makelaars from Leeuwarden at all. We bought a house in the suburbs of Leeuwarden and Tadema represented the seller. It is perfectly clear that Tadema Makelaars must protect the interests of the other party. However, in my opinion, it does not belong to protecting the seller's interests to mention in an email to us that the bid included a living area that was almost 20% (!!) too high. When we pointed this out to Mr. Tadema, he initially tried to 'sit out' the issue. He did not respond to emails pointing this out and then claimed they had accidentally ended up in his spam folder. Fortunately, at least all other emails arrived (-; When this tactic no longer worked, it was claimed that there was a garage in the house, with the same exterior walls as the house and under the same roof, and that it could certainly be converted into living space. Honestly, I got stomach cramps from laughing when I read that. When Mr. Tadema realized he couldn't convince us with this argument, he wanted to cancel the direct conversation with us and prescribe who we should hire as a representative. This was probably a variant on the motto: Only the stupidest calves choose their own butcher. Unfortunately, Mr. Tadema does not focus on solving the problem, but on diversionary tactics, which doesn't help the case. Conclusion: If you encounter broker Tadema as a buyer, you must carefully study all information from the broker; there may be a difference of almost 20% between the broker’s claims and reality.
