When we pointed this out to Mr. Tadema, he initially tried to exclude the subject. Thank God at least all his other emails arrived correctly (-; When this tactic no longer worked, it was argued that there was a garage in the house, which had the same exterior walls as the house and was under the same roof, and that it would certainly be possible to make living space of it. When Mr. Tadema realized that he could not impress us with this argument, he wanted to terminate direct conversations with us and tell us who we should engage as our representative. That was probably a variant on the motto: Only the stupidest calves choose their own butcher. Unfortunately, Mr. Tadema does not focus on solving the problem, but rather on diversionary tactics, which do not help the case. Conclusion: Anyone who encounters DeMakelaar Tadema as a buyer should carefully check all information from the broker. There may be a difference of almost 20% between the broker's information and reality. But perhaps the spam folder is also a solution for offers from Tadema Makelaars (-;
