Had a nice conversation at the beginning of the process. We put the house for sale with Matthije. Little success after almost 10 viewings. Here and there I heard that he is not very ‘motivating’ during viewings or that people find him ‘grumpy’. In this way, I didn't have much confidence in a successful sale. During the month that the house was for sale with him, we saw very little effort and when we wanted to withdraw the assignment, he was anything but a friendly realtor.
