Fast response via email, employees are friendly. However, I find they don't have advice on how and when I can best ask for and obtain a price. I put my house on Funda on December 12, 2024, looking back, that wasn't a good time to sell a house just before Christmas days, so for the whole time few people viewed my house. If after the Christmas vacation or somewhere in April my house is on Funda, I can have many more visitors and also receive high bids.
