A realtor like most

Unfortunately, 0 stars is not possible otherwise there wouldn't be 1 star given.. Based on our own experience with Hellema real estate agents, we would strongly advise against hiring this agency to sell your house. The immense lack of communication, scaring away potential buyers, lack of knowledge of the current market and especially the lack of self-reflection is truly incomprehensible that this company still exists. Hellema real estate agents had our move-in ready home for sale for 9 months, which we were far from happy about. The market was strange and came up at a terribly bad time to sell, we fully understood , it would be alright and we believed M de Graaf's advice remained absent from M De Graaf. From January onwards, several homes in our street came on the market and were sold within a very short time for the asking price, while ours remained despite many viewings, lowering the price, new photos etc., but did not sell. Our trust in Hellema real estate agents diminished more and more. After multiple complaint emails in 5 months to their address (where there was no response except from Jeanna), we switched to another real estate agent because we felt that we had given Hellema real estate agents enough chances to improve it. After being re-listed on funda by the new real estate agent, there was a reaction within 24 hours from 2 parties who had been dealing with M de Graaf, including the current buyer of our home, who immediately let them know , after supposedly dropping out of negotiations due to the poor, deficient and slow communication of M de Graaf. Even now, there is an immense lack of communication within Hellema company. We withdrew because Hellema real estate agents remained in breach and did nothing with our complaints. Less than 30 minutes after withdrawing from the agreement, we received an invoice for €1000,-, which we immediately called to say that we thought was a ridiculous amount since we were leaving due to their lack of dealing with complaints. M de Graaf mainly showed his self-important and arrogant attitude during the phone call, but after my angry words, he said he would think about it. Weeks later, I was called again, of course not by M de Graaf himself, but with a phone call from Jeanna in which he wanted to go for €500,- for the so-called extra costs incurred. Now 4 months later and without receiving an invoice of €500,- we receive a reminder but now for €1000,-. In addition, the invoice is addressed to the wrong person and at the wrong address. Hellema real estate agents seriously failed us in our situation and cost us a lot of money, many costs could have been prevented with good negotiation and communication, but he will never admit anything about it due to a lack of self-reflection and his attitude. Supplement to the previous message Mr. de Graaf is blackmailing... Dear Mrs. Van der Mee, The offer of € 500,- was valid, however you did not use this and did not transfer any money to our account. We would like to make you a one-time offer to remove your negative review on Google and transfer € 500,- to our account as withdrawal. This man had a connection with the other party and was also arranged by the other party, despite the fact that I indicated, also to the appraiser, that I did not agree with this and would not approve of this appraiser. Unprofessional, inaccurate, does not take measurements, does not check all points to prevent misunderstandings, and does wet finger work similar to a free valuation. If you then ask this appraiser why he doesn't measure the dimensions, he states that he can find everything on the internet which is not correct because the renovations, extension, dormer window, realizing 2 extra bedrooms etc., and the dimensions thereof, are not available online. My experience with this appraiser; unreliable, biased, unprofessional. Practices cronyism. Update following reaction Meindert de Graaf; you know what I'm talking about, Mr. de Graaf. You sent the other party something different, and that is in black and white in his defense. This appraisal was a pre-arranged deal, and as an appraiser you know the loopholes of the law. And despite me having indicated beforehand that I did not agree with you as an appraiser, because you could not guarantee your impartiality and independence, you still proceeded with the appointment, because; I was not the client. And so I will not remove this review.
