We have just completed a beautiful purchase process with Goudzwaard real estate agency. Thanks to Ad, Wilma and Naomy, it was possible to find and buy our dream home in the Vechtdal region. The office is always easily accessible, communication is good, and actions are carried out accurately. In addition to the expert advice during viewings and the purchase, Ad also consistently provided a little more background information, making this a fun and educational journey for us. Also, with his technical knowledge, Ad was able to explain many aspects of the houses, which contributed to a well-considered choice. Furthermore, this real estate agent is decisive. We appreciated how all information about a particular house was always presented very factually, allowing us to fully decide on our next steps based on that information. If we particularly needed his opinion, it was also shared openly. We are very satisfied and recommend starting a purchase process here. Within 3 months with 3 viewings, we already had it and now, after half a year since the start of the process, we live in our new beautiful location.

As a purchasing party, very bad experience with them. Not honest in providing information. Makes it look better than it is. Gives evasive answers to substantive questions. Extra addition!!!!!!!!!!!! On Goudzwaard real estate agency's own website, negative reactions are quickly removed. The positive reactions remain.

Very pleasant experience, the real estate agent is well informed about zoning plans, selling separately etc. (and that has really been different before). In addition, we didn't feel pressured at any moment; the real estate agent took all the time (including delicious coffee!).

My parents (already elderly) had a viewing at a property from Goudzwaard's portfolio. After this viewing, they made an offer. They never spoke to the residents themselves, so negotiations went through the real estate agent. An agreement was reached via the real estate agent with the owners. Goudzwaard congratulated my parents on the house and the necessary documents and identification were sent. This all within a timeframe of 2 days. How bitter it is to hear on day 3 that the house has been sold to a higher bidder. Whether this is proper, one can decide for themselves. But for me, a big MIN.

We were fantastically helped and guided in our search for a new house. Precisely because it was quite a complex process, we were very happy with the clear feedback and expertise, also structural!, of Ad Goudzwaard.

A real example of how a brokerage office should be. Time is always carefully made available for any questions and good answers are given. Ad even helped us to obtain a permit for us as buyers. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant viewing at one of the houses that Goudzwaard has for sale, questions are answered quickly and arranging a short second viewing was also taken care of within 5 minutes.

Started an appraisal in early 2019. An error was made in the personal details in the appraisal request. Upon receiving the invoice and appraisal report, I immediately inquired about this to correct it on the report and invoice, but never received a response. The case itself was also lost sight of at the time. It remained silent for more than 2 years, but this week, out of the blue, another bill was sent. Without correction of the data requested at the time. Contacted them by phone and was spoken to in quite an egocentric manner. They couldn't imagine that I would find it strange, not hearing anything for more than 2 years and then receiving a bill again. No explanation either for the lack of response to my previously sent request. No form of empathy or understanding for the situation. I would expect a different attitude from an entrepreneur towards a customer. Of course, the invoice was still paid (without having received the correct version), because the service itself had, of course, been provided. Further left with a terribly bad feeling. Edit: response to questions from the Real Estate Agent below: Everyone can make a typo. This apparently happened, but I certainly don't want to hold the appraiser accountable for it. Simply because he didn't do it. However, I have asked Goudzwaard for a solution to get this corrected on both the invoice and the appraisal report. This solution was missing. I don't find it strange that a company wants to receive its invoices and therefore returns to an outstanding amount. What I found strange was that there was no response to my request to correct the personal details. The intention was to make the payment in order immediately after correction. A reaction remained unanswered. It remained silent. More than 2 years it remained silent. The 14-day payment term, counting from April 2, 2019, long exceeded. But it remained silent. Until suddenly an invoice came in with still incorrect data. No reason not to have to pay the amount. As said, I did that immediately too. I acknowledged my mistake and paid directly anyway. It's not a stick to beat someone with. The way... lack of customer contact, initiative, problem-solving ability, empathy. That creates the bad feeling. The feeling that things are going so well at Goudzwaard firm that it is not worth calling about an outstanding invoice. To inquire about non-payment. Or to send a response to an email. Let alone help the customer correct a mistake made. That I feel as (former) client unheard, but interrupted and cut off on the phone. What an experience that was. The feeling that they still don't understand, given the response below. I sincerely hope that other customers have a better experience.

We experienced the viewing of one of the properties from Goudzwaard Makelaardij's offer as very pleasant. We were given the time to view everything quietly and the real estate agent was well informed about the possibilities of the property. Moreover, Ad was very friendly.

update: perhaps you should keep a better track of your files, because I actually bought a house from you in 2010! This kind of 'mistakes' says enough about your way of doing business. Bad experience when buying the house. Not an honest and clear story. Pay attention to the 'small print'! In short, not recommended!

We have been working with a property that Ad had in his portfolio. Despite the fact that we ultimately did not purchase the property, we were very satisfied with Ad Goudzwaard.
