Last year we bought a house in Hattem. After a nice and open conversation, we received good and clear advice. The contact was very pleasant; they were easily reachable both by phone and email. Jeanette Visscher helped us tremendously with the purchase of our home. During the renovation, our construction deposit had to be adjusted, and they were there for us again. They contacted the bank and arranged everything neatly for us. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend this real estate agency!

We were wonderfully assisted by this real estate office! They thought well about our offer and the mortgage for the house we had in mind. I would have preferred to give even fewer stars but that is unfortunately not possible. I can confirm the previously written 'bad' reviews, the lady is really unfriendly to customers, rude in my opinion and out to make easy money. If you are still hesitating between brokers, I would definitely look elsewhere..

Poor communication and no good results.

We tried to buy a house they were selling for the selling party, but it was really one big drama. Zero stars would have been appropriate here. We've never had such a bad, incompetent real estate agent. Jeanette only wants one thing and that is to make money quickly. To every question there was no or a half answer. She didn't feel like figuring things out. Her employee Hilma is just as bad. They are already irritated when you call them because they really don't want to do anything. It starts with the viewing, you can barely get a hello out of them. Jeanette literally stays outside and says completely uninterested 'just look around yourself and if you have questions, I'll hear it!' If you then have questions she never has an answer because either she really knows nothing or she deliberately holds things back... Ultimately, they had agreed to our offer and conditions, and it turned out that everything was wrong with the house and the land. She hadn't mentioned anything about this and we found out more and more things through various channels. From contaminated asbestos soil and no soil investigation, to a placed septic tank that does not meet the requirements, to endless excuses about missing papers, which they are looking for, to 'oh sorry that investigation was never done'. If we agree that everything that needs to be adjusted and arranged is neatly stated in the purchase contract and Jeanette agrees with this, we then receive a draft contract where none of our points are mentioned. When we call about this, we are told that we shouldn't dramatize (yes really!) and that they find it irritating. And also that she has decided to only make changes if she herself finds them useful and not if we want it. We have already had an appraisal carried out and are therefore 800 euros lighter. Jeanette is a fraudster, a money wolf and a mega incompetent real estate agent. We will not let this go either and will take further (legal) action against her and report to the NVM. We ultimately decided ourselves not to proceed with the house because all trust is gone. We are therefore left empty-handed! Think carefully before doing business with her!

Unfriendly to clients, rude and above all unfair and indifferent. After accepting your offer, you cannot assume that everything will be alright with this realtor. She does not include conditions in the contract. This led to unnecessary costs for appraisals, where the appraiser did not need to rely on answers from Jeanette. Ultimately, due to her unprofessional attitude, we didn't dare to proceed with the purchase. Her incompetence was already evident because she had no answer to any question and we were constantly referred to others or sent chasing around. And that with a house that had been for sale for 2 years. She barely opens the door for viewings, you have to figure out the rest yourself. This is everything you don't want from a realtor, and everything you can expect from a bad one. Only interested in the commission. She will do nothing for it. A disgrace to the NVM, and makes it clear that that 'quality mark' doesn't mean much either.

Unfortunately, I must report that this experience was anything but positive. During the interactions with Jeanette, I noticed the poor communication and almost impolite attitude. It seemed that our situation and interest were not taken seriously. There was little to no willingness to answer questions or provide clarity about the property, or perhaps offer an explanation of the added value they could potentially offer. This gave me the feeling that I, as a potential client, was not important enough, possibly because my situation did not directly lead to 'easy' money for the real estate agent? The lack of customer friendliness and professionalism in communication is a reason for me to continue searching for a real estate agent who does have the necessary attention and especially respect for his or her clients. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements are implemented in the way potential clients are treated, but perhaps against better judgment given the previously sent communication.

Jeanette is a pleasant agent to work with, even from the buyer's side. Very down-to-earth and just as she is.

Ik ging naar hun kantoor voor de verkoop van mijn huis in Zwolle. Voor de koopovereenkomst wilden ze de clausules die ik wilde opnemen niet opnemen, hoewel ik hun klant was en het mijn huis was dat ik verkocht. Ik moest ze bijna dwingen om alle clausules die ik wilde in de overeenkomst op te nemen. Naar mijn mening werkte mijn makelaar hierdoor voor de koper, en ook omdat, hoewel ik elk gebrek in de overeenkomst had vermeld en de overeenkomst door beide partijen was ondertekend, mijn makelaar me onder druk zette om iets te laten repareren, ook al stond het niet in de overeenkomst. Daarom raad ik ze niet aan.

Excellent real estate agents and mortgage advisors. We have dealt with them for both the purchase of a home with a new mortgage and the sale of our property. Everything regarding the sale was well arranged. From first contact to jointly going up when handing over the property to the buyers, everything was well arranged. Regarding the purchase of a home. Here too, they take the time for it. Received a preliminary purchase agreement. They assist you with advice and tips. I can also recommend them for the purchase of a home with them in the background. If you have a question, there is always someone available in the office who can help you. If this is not the case, you will be called/emailed back very quickly with the necessary information. Also well assisted when applying for the mortgage. They actually look at your real situation and do not only rely on the numbers on paper. The insurances around the property are also included in the mortgage advice. Here too, if something is unclear or doubts arise, just a phone call or an email with your questions and you will receive a neat answer. In short, thank you for the services provided. And as far as we are concerned, you are an excellent office to do business with.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience with this real estate agency. Hence the rating of one star, although I would have preferred to give 0! During the viewing of our house in Nieuwleusen, we were informed by one of the brokers from Jeanet Visser Makelaarskantoor. During the viewing, we were told that the house had been very well and lovingly maintained. Even the painting was recently done just before the sale. This already gave us the idea that there was something amiss somewhere. Nevertheless, the sellers and the broker insisted that this was not the case. This of course already makes you think…. Ultimately bought the house with a very decent bid where both the sellers and the broker have absolutely nothing to complain about. But you can guess what… During the renovation of our house, we encountered several issues which would cause significant extra costs. Of course, it is impossible that the sellers did not know this! Even the construction of our house turned out to be faulty and gave us a serious problem and a considerable additional expense with its repair. A structural engineer even determined that there was a risk of collapse. It's bizarre that you continue to deny a hidden defect. In fact, this is a hidden defect. Both the sellers and Jeanet Visser realtor are in no way willing to arrange compensation for this and literally don’t care about us as buyers. We were told to take it to court…. Even Jeanet Visser reportedly stands “squarely” behind her sellers and is otherwise little interested. As long as commission is earned on the sale of the house, everything else is totally unimportant. It is also despicable how the truth is distorted and how Jeanet Visscher avoids this. (See response below this review in which she distorts the truth and tries to throw it at the floor) hopeless! I would like to warn everyone about the lax and uninterested attitude of this broker. All incompetence! For us, it is definitely the first and certainly the last time we have arranged anything through this office. It’s a pity that incidents like these threaten to make you lose faith in the still good people and companies……

We have been in contact with JVM for more than a year regarding the purchase of a home. We received good advice and support from Rebecca and Henk. We were always informed on time when a new property was coming onto the market and advised where necessary. Robin has helped us immensely as a purchasing agent. Robin is honest, genuine, and realistic. Robin responds quickly and the contact has always been pleasant.

Visscher Makelaardij was at the time the real estate agent for the selling party. Trust in the word of a real estate agent is essential, regardless of whether one is the selling or buying party. In this respect, Visscher Makelaardij seriously failed back then.
