Insufficient preparation by the real estate agent, unprofessional conduct. The agent had not familiarized himself with the surroundings, spraying legislation, home care or other relevant laws and regulations for the outdoor area. The parcel divisions around the house were unknown. The possible presence of livestock farms or other business activities in the vicinity were unknown, as well as the directly adjacent environment. Questions arising from self-research could not be answered. The agent left everything to the knowledge of the surviving family and did not conduct any research or preparation himself. Examples: Despite indications, such as the presence of asbestos sheets, the agent did not take action or consult with sellers. This was then incorrectly filled in and left the agent to just 'stand there'. His role seemed limited to opening the door, without further substantive guidance, advice or answering questions. Given the age of the house and the maintenance, especially of the roof (known to the agent), a professional real estate agent could have provided more guidance and advice. It is reasonable to expect that a real estate agent selling a house in the outdoor area would delve into legislation, risks, environment and state of maintenance, and actively share this knowledge with potential buyers. The agent seemed focused solely on the sale and left everything else to the buyer's maintenance obligation. There was no arrangement in his schedule for a possible second viewing with an expert to provide additional support to the buyer.

Never before have I received such bad mortgage information/advice. States and twists in the same sentence. Then it's not allowed by the government, and a moment later this office isn't doing it but perhaps another one will. Extremely convoluted story. Very arrogant, unfriendly, and certainly not helpful. Know nothing about my file, which has been running for 25 years and has ended up administratively with them.
