Update: After this review, they immediately contacted us and offered their apologies. As soon as we indeed get in touch with the new residents regarding the takeover, I will remove this review because they kept their word. To be continued... Useless company! For people who want to get involved with this company, don't do it. They promise a lot, but do nothing at all. If there is a problem in your apartment, it will be fixed after months or not at all. Just to be able to actually give notice on your rental apartment takes already months, bad reachability. Finally, after we approached the company ten times, someone will finally come to our house today (Thursday November 6th at 2:00 pm) to inspect for the final assessment. As you can probably guess, no staff with attitude + to be found or reachable. Final verdict, they can indeed nicely send their invoices every month, but the other way around, no contact can be made.
