Heiko was very friendly, but as a buyer's agent, we expected much more help. He only showed us houses (with one exception) that he himself was selling. And in those cases, he cannot act as a buyer's agent and we would still need to seek advice from someone else. We also had to constantly inquire and follow up ourselves. Ultimately, we found and bought a house through Funda with the help of a financial advisor.

I just read the response of this real estate agent to another review and given our experience, I would also like to share our experience. In 2019 we initially purchased a house through this Real Estate Agent. Ultimately, we dropped out due to, let's say: incorrect information. He came to us with the same statement that we should have used a buyer's agent. Honesty is the best policy, Mr. Gorter! We eventually acquired the same property at a later stage through another selling real estate agent.

They do not keep their appointments, even when these have been confirmed in writing and promised in the presence of div witnesses. After all div costs have been incurred, they retract agreements, making it impossible to reach an agreement. Therefore unreliable! Correspondence available for inspection!
