Through Veldman Real Estate, my apartment is rented and I am very positive. Mr. Veldman is pleasant to communicate with, responds quickly to emails, and especially listened well to what my wishes were regarding tenants. He never came with potential tenants who did not meet that profile. If it should be necessary, I know for sure I can find him again in the future.
As a landlord, I have had good experiences with Veldman real estate agents. They are always there when there is a viewing. However, I cannot say the same for several tenants. They simply don't show up. Not even bother (some) to politely cancel.
It all started quite quickly by planning a viewing. After we found the property suitable, we sent all our financial data. Then received a short email stating that our financial situation would not be stable. While our income is at least 5 times the monthly rent. Afterwards, we also tried to make contact but emails are ignored and calls are not answered. Very unprofessional. So not recommended.
