Well helped and good advice!
Unreliable, does not keep to the agreements made. Caught in a number of falsehoods during the viewing. The feeling that she is mainly going for her own benefit. Not recommended.
Unfortunately, I can relate to the negative reviews about this real estate agent. I was in the process of buying a commercial property where I had an option for 1 week. After this week, this real estate agent was supposed to contact me. They didn't do that, so I called myself. Which surprised me because the property was sold to someone else. The reason was that the owner had sold it himself. Contact was made with the owner and it turned out nothing was true! Be careful when doing business with this party! Oh yes, they would still call me back.....well that still hasn't happened yet.
Such a nice real estate agent they have always been ready for us and very professional and I recommend that someone who wants to sell a house to go there, thank you for everything!

Very nice real estate agent. The negative experiences that I/we read here we can totally not relate to! We bought a house in June 2025 where this real estate agent helped us. We could ask our questions at any time, even on the weekend. These were always quickly answered (via whatsapp). Super nice communication. If things had to be done, there was never any difficulty about it. Very short lines. And a smooth process throughout.
Nice partner for buying a storage room. It had been a long time since we last bought real estate and a lot has changed. Sjoerd helped us very nicely. Emails are responded to quickly.
This year we started our home purchase with Herma as our real estate agent and we could not have wished for a better one. Together with her team (we mainly communicated with Elvira), she guided our purchase to our satisfaction. Herma is decisive, proactive, straightforward, and provides quick follow-up. She showed us the property, advised us throughout the bidding process until the notary.

Yet again a disappointing experience. At this brokerage, professionalism and the extra step for the customer are nowhere to be found. You don't get targeted answers to your questions, unless it is going to cost them money. Promises are not kept and when inquired about, it’s not their fault. Callbacks, only if it suits them or if it will cost them money. And when you ask more probing questions, you get an answer that even dogs wouldn't eat. In short, definitely not recommended as a broker/intermediary for new construction projects. And luckily we have more brokers in Emmeloord who do understand the customer’s needs and requirements. A missed opportunity.

Also a bad experience here. Houses are being sold at unrealistic asking prices (4 times the WOZ value). If you ask questions, you get rude or no answer at all.
A broker who goes over bodies. Our house with 142 m2 of living space, 1005 m2 plot. Sold for under €240,000 in 2021. I deeply regret that we went into business with this realtor. My father was ill and family had to take over the sale. This realtor didn't put our house on Funda but knew someone who directly had interest and sold it to us as a good idea. The blame lies partly with my family and partly with my father who handed it over. But the realtor should have treated us fairly. However, she did not tell us that the person who wanted to buy it was a contractor and that he would improve the house with some minor adjustments and resell it for a huge amount within six months. For the realtor, that's naturally double profit. It is painful that my father was scammed in this way during the time he received chemotherapy. Here I share my experience, think carefully before entering into business with this realtor.
Too bad I have to experience this. I had a viewing, and was supposed to be called back the next day. My calls were not answered, and I was never called back; the property was already rented out the following day. Definitely not recommended! Makelarij De Munt.

To call to say you have a house and then to call back less than 2 minutes later to say they made a mistake with a surname and that it wasn't you. Very very bad!

A professional, accurate, and also a transparent, human broker with an eye for detail. Appointments are made quickly and followed up on just as fast. A breath of fresh air for both buyers and sellers, and certainly for us. Highly recommended. Mrs. Weckesser (Herma), the “down to earth” approach is absolutely top!
So far, I have been helped quickly, adequately and professionally. There are also enough contact moments. I have a lot of confidence in the progress and settlement.

Had serious interest in a house in Zwartsluis and would be called back regarding this by the (m/f) real estate agent of De Munt... unfortunately not.
