Didn't tell everything that needed to be told during the house viewing. And if you ask for documents, you receive them much too late. Building report arranged and paid for in vain. And then the seller tells you that a meter of the front garden belongs to the municipality, later it turns out that half of the garden is well over 3 meters from the municipality. 339 euros taken from our noses, due to careless work by the real estate agent. Bad experience with Woonaccent real estate agents Emmeloord. A house was for sale through them on Funda. Had a viewing and it seemed all fine. Specifically asked about hidden defects or particulars. There were none according to Martin Wiersma. The hassle started when I had to chase the paperwork up to 3 times because it wasn't completely filled in each time. Once everything was filled in, there was nothing in the purchase agreement about leaks or other hidden defects. Bought the house and was totally satisfied until I lived in it for a month and the misery began. I had a leak in my living room and sent the previous owner a message to see if he was familiar with that. He was and had already experienced it himself before. The previous owner told me that he didn't have to report it from Martin, because it would supposedly be resolved. I don’t understand how you can say as a real estate agent that you don’t have to report a hidden defect? Tried to get out of this with the previous resident and was first told try your insurance company. Many extra costs incurred due to lack of honest communication. Therefore, I advise against Woonaccent real estate agents Emmeloord!
