We, 4 Amsterdammers (2 families), have decided to leave the city as it is and move to the flatlands. After weeks of browsing Funda, we dared to take our first viewing… a beautiful old farmhouse in Zuidwolde. We received a very pleasant tour with lots of explanation from Frank van Osch, the selling real estate agent. Regarding the purchase, we were not the lucky ones, but we did have a good feeling about the area and then decided to place a search assignment with Frank.
