Denise is an incredibly unpleasant realtor who receives undeserved positive reviews. You make appointments, and then suddenly you hear shortly beforehand that it will be an open house, hoping to work everyone against each other and drive the price up for the last pennies. She also has no idea what's happening in the house, that doors are being thrown around, dirty shoes are being walked on, people are sitting in closets where valuable items might be located. Through indirect inquiries, it turns out she doesn't even have the official NVM papers herself to be a realtor; she has to do it under the name of another party. To raise questions that a positive review suddenly appeared shortly after mine, don't fall for it.... (there were no reviews on google before this)

Not actively looking, but still being contacted by your real estate agent that he might be getting the dream house, as described in the introductory conversation, for sale. He was right. Expertly guided in putting the current property on the market and in finalizing the purchase of the dream house. With a great deal of sensitivity to the personal situation.
