What a drama with this realtor. When they were still Remax, it was already mediocre. Now that they started on their own, it's even worse. They can’t even speak to you in Dutch?!

It's not common for a buyer to review a seller's realtor, but my experience with RE/MAX Gildenhof and their representative, Mr. Kadir Erol, compelled me to share my thoughts. From the very beginning, Kadir ensured that we felt comfortable. The process was completely transparent, communication was swift, and there was absolutely no pressure. He was always available to answer our questions and resolve our doubts. Kadir even received help from his network to connect us with professionals where a second opinion on specific issues was needed. Thanks to him, the entire process went smoothly and stress-free. It's a well-deserved 5-star review from me!

Kadir seamlessly guided me through the complex home buying process. Regardless of the number of viewings or their location, he provided his services with dedication, except for a few moments when his schedule wouldn't allow it. He also went above and beyond by helping me find a translator and a contractor for maintenance. Both Kadir and Myriam are true professionals and I can wholeheartedly recommend their services!

The owner of this company is okay, but her staff is not well-trained and generally the procedures are substandard for international clients. The staff are not used to thinking out of the box; they prefer the standard Dutch situation with a payroll administrator and a mortgage. If your situation is different, you will have problems. For example, if your financing comes from abroad and/or you already arranged your own financing (no mortgage), they panic and demand to see your Facebook or LinkedIn profile. Without this profile, they advise the seller not to accept your offer! In other words: while elsewhere in the world you are applauded for having your affairs in order and being treated as a VIP client, that is not the case in the Netherlands and here. Instead, you are treated like a third-class citizen or a suspect. In my case, because another bid had already been made on the property I was interested in, several employees told me reluctantly that I was entitled to make an offer, but they were not really happy about it...

We were helped by Hans from Re/Max. We ended up with him through connections but are more than satisfied with the help we received. Initially, we did the viewings ourselves, but later we had his assistance during the viewings. The advantage of this is that he paid attention to the technical aspects and we could focus on the feeling. Ultimately successful in finding a beautiful house in Nieuwegein. We recommend everyone to engage a buyer's agent.

Together with Hans, we visited several houses and thanks to his expertise, we always got a good picture of the condition of the house, what the attention points are (e.g., how high the renovation costs would be) and whether it also fits within our budget. Unprofessional communication

Our realtor (Remax) Barbara Dupuits, is in our opinion the best in the business. She looks after your interests as if they were her own and does so in a way that feels familiar. With her approach to work, you are certain that your house will look good and be sold. She has a very good sense of how to present and personally receives all potential buyers and guides them through the house. Even if you yourself don't have much knowledge about selling, she will protect you from mistakes. The opinion of my wife and myself is that this is the best realtor you can find. She knows the market and often also knows the realtor of the buying party. All in all: A very pleasant experience when selling our house. The 2nd one she has sold for us.

A couple of weeks ago, we made an appointment to view a property. We were on time. It was raining, but the real estate agent didn't open the door. While he saw us standing there. After we knocked on the door, he opened it irritably. Not a good start then. During the tour, the real estate agent told things that did not match the information in the brochure. He was absolutely not personable and very uninterested. A shame!
