Very bad experience with these ladies. They seem so nice, but when it comes down to it they pull their hands away everywhere and take absolutely no responsibility and don't help you. Not trustworthy!

However, it is strange that buyer and seller are kept so separate from each other. !!Very bad experience; potential buyers are haggled with, an offer is accepted, the buyer is congratulated, who cancels other options, sets mills in motion for signing a preliminary purchase agreement and then everything is withdrawn and reversed by the real estate agent.

Due to a positive experience with Alpha as a buyer's agent, I chose this agency again ten years later when selling. Unfortunately, the sales process went less positively. The house - city center, good location - was for sale for over 5 years, during which there were exactly 15 viewings. (Three per year!) The only suggestion made by Mirna Bredt during that period to stimulate the sale was to lower the asking price. As soon as we indicated that we no longer wanted to sell the house through Alpha, an invoice was sent immediately. (In conflict with the NVM conditions of that time.) They were unfortunately less responsive regarding other matters; our request to adjust information about our house and place a photo in a nicer frame in the window took over three months. We honestly never felt that the team at Alpha had done their best to actually want to sell the house.
