Unfortunately, giving 0 stars was not an option, otherwise I certainly would have done so. When buying my first home, Boer Makelaardij was the selling party, unfortunately. Not only did they give answers to questions I had, which were untrue. But after this resulted in me having to return the keys again after completion, at the request of my notary. No apologies or flowers or kind words could be offered. Boer Makelaardij even tried to blame my purchasing agent for this, while it is described differently in the purchase agreement! The purchase agreement apparently has little value for them, just like customer friendliness. That's what I realized after this unpleasant experience, which should have been a very festive moment, buying my own home, was so horribly ruined by Boer Makelaardij! Even months later, after all my plants had been removed by the municipality, I experienced this again and no kind words or apology could be offered. Boer, on the other hand, contacted my purchasing agent to ask me to leave them alone, so they could easily get rid of it, of course. After all, it was stated in the purchase agreement that these plants were my property and I had also paid for them. I would never recommend Boer Makelaardij! Shameful how they act and treat people.

From the three quotes we requested, we chose Boer. That was certainly because the offer was the best and most elaborate, but especially because the conversation left the best feeling behind. The broker from Boer mainly asked and listened, and spoke much less himself. The property that we sold is quite large (read: at a price) and is located in a great location, but it is also uncommon and has 'something' of deferred maintenance. Finding a buyer who wants to offer a suitable price in a rapidly changing market was not easy, but the couple who bought the house fits perfectly with the house according to us. Again that good feeling. Throughout the entire process, Boer guided us in a professional, transparent and cheerful manner. That professionalism expressed itself among other things in a realistic asking price and a suitable strategy, but also in advice to reject a certain bid or not to lower the asking price just yet. Our (many!) questions were answered quickly and clearly. What I found striking was how the different employees of Boer seamlessly supported each other. Although we dealt with several people within the office, that never came at the expense of the process. In addition, there was attention for human aspects, such as the various feelings you have to deal with when selling the house after losing your father. After we made an offer on a house, we hear nothing ourselves. The first time, after 3 days we call ourselves, and nothing is known yet. After 6 days, we call again, and the house was sold to someone else. It can happen, but surely there could be a phone call or an email about it? Bad experience

If you request a viewing for a property via Funda, it would be nice if the selling real estate agent also responded. The property turned out to have been sold a day later on Funda. Apparently, this realtor doesn't make an effort to communicate further with applicants in such cases. Unprofessional.

A while ago, I first showed interest in an apartment offered by Boer Makelaardij. At your request, a large number of details were sent, after which I heard nothing more from them. After two weeks, I called anyway. What I received were apologies for the lack of feedback and a promise that it would not happen again in the future. Meanwhile, three weeks have passed since I responded for the second time and sent the data; still nothing heard from Boer Makelaardij. The lady on the phone just gave as a reason that it had to do with the implementation of the AVG... That is of course a poor excuse for bad service. I am glad that in the meantime I was able to find rental accommodation through another real estate agency.
