If I were you, I would never consider working with them. I say this as someone who has actually worked with them.I have had the opportunity to work with Viavesta. The service I received was downright bad. Eva showed absolutely no interest in us, she responded days later to our messages and emails. During our home purchasing process, they didn't help us in any way whatsoever. Moreover, they ask a price that is well above market value, and this price is absolutely not worth it. We decided not to continue working with them. Still, they asked for a total of 750 euros for their services. That was really wasted money. I absolutely do not recommend Viavesta. There are many better alternatives in the Gouda area. They say that they allow you to view three houses for free, but are never available. My experience was downright bad. I would not recommend it to anyone. Edit: Shortly after I stopped working with them - I bought the 2nd house I had bid on.

I bought my apartment with Viavesta three years ago. Now it was time for a bigger house with my partner, and since I was satisfied last time, I chose Viavesta again. This time for the search for a house with a garden and garage in specific neighborhoods in Gouda and the sale of the current apartment. - There is always someone reachable and they work with an app group and Move (website where all info and progress of your purchased home and to be sold...)

Ultimately, I paid €750 without even buying a house. The service was frankly disappointing: barely any guidance, weak communication, and no real involvement during viewings or negotiations. I had already expressed my concerns early on, but nothing changed. Ultimately, they let me pay for a service that yielded me nothing. Avoid this at all costs.

In short: Can you say that ViaVesta is the worst communicating broker in the Gouda area? Due to their method of contact, I have absolutely no confidence in what they do and what they say they do. Detailed: 1) Had a viewing at two homes, and you really have to ask about everything. Duty to report? No sir..., they don't do that. Viewing with a trainee real estate agent, what did you expect. 2) When you make an offer, you have to call yourself for the status. Not once, not twice, but definitely three times. 3) When you make an offer, you get the response 'there are still viewings scheduled on ...', that may be so and I would still like to wait a little while. But then you call after the date and ask about the status. Do you get the response 'your offer has been presented but there are also more viewings on Saturday and Monday'?? How is that possible?? Say yes or no. No, let us hang for another week to say that it is not accepted, because more viewings are coming in.... What's worst about this is, we offered 930 euros below the asking price! And weren’t even allowed to receive a counter offer! What a ridiculous and untrustworthy reaction! 4) The sales broker in question, who has the file, you never get to speak to. Always through one of the telephone operators (trainees?). It feels like the buyer gets much less respect and attention than the seller.

I feel compelled to leave a negative review about this company. This is something I don't just do, and certainly not without giving the company multiple chances to resolve it. It seems as if this company is too busy. Without going into detail, I can say that communication is unfortunately lacking. Appointments are almost never kept, even when the customer finds themselves in a very unpleasant situation because of it. Complaints are also not taken seriously. After reporting dissatisfaction by phone, they promise to follow up. Unfortunately, I must conclude that this did not happen either. Following further action on my part, there is no response. This leaves me with no other choice than to write this review. In short, my experience is quite negative and I would therefore not recommend this company to anyone.
