Uncertain, not verbally strong and not assertive. Ultimately, they left me with a feeling that they were more on the side of the final buyers (who, it turned out later, were their broker as well).

Remote contact, due to my own absence within the Netherlands, was excellent. We agreed on a fixed percentage of the selling price, but in the contract drawn up shortly thereafter, this was changed without consultation to a fixed amount based on the percentage multiplied by the first price at which the house was put for sale. I unfortunately overlooked this. Nevertheless, the services were delivered at a competitive price and we are satisfied with the effort and result.

House came online Friday late afternoon, immediately contacted for a viewing, which could not yet be scheduled by the relevant employee so they would pass it on with our contact details. Monday morning a return call with only two options still... Just discuss and when I called back we were only on the reserve list. I understand that the market is booming, but poor communication and mass processing clearly takes precedence over quality and keeping appointments.
