The first appointment was perfectly fine. However, I never saw that broker again during the rest of the process. The rest was carried out by a woman whom I would never have chosen. Uncertain, not verbally strong and not assertive. Ultimately, they left me with a feeling that they were more on the side of the final buyers (who, it turned out later, were their broker as well).

House came online Friday late afternoon, immediately contacted for a viewing, which could not yet be scheduled by the relevant employee so they would pass it on with our contact details. Monday morning a return call with only two options still... Just discuss and when I called back we were only on the reserve list. I understand that the market is booming, but poor communication and mass processing clearly takes precedence over quality and keeping appointments.
