Via Drieklomp real estate, a beautiful plot of land was offered for the construction of a new house on a site familiar to us. However, we were one day too late, due to vacation, to submit a motivation letter. We had also missed the open day but we already knew the plot well from our walks. Drieklomp was responsive to our (great) interest and under the condition that we would deliver our motivation within a few hours, we could participate. To cut a long story short, we were selected for the motivation interview with the client and then received via Drieklomp that we had a good chance. Our dream came true, the client awarded us the plot! As thanks for the mediation, we asked Drieklomp to sell our house. Partly due to the beautiful drone footage of our house and the surrounding area, the first bidder also became the final buyer. And the price was good. As far as we are concerned a success story.

A very bad realtor! Let me tell you my story about how I am being treated as a tenant: - no response to multiple email requests. Max has drawn up and signed an incorrect document with the new tenant, resulting in strangers being registered at my address for over a month. The realtor does not correct his mistake by providing a new contract to the tenant, forcing me to start an address investigation. Also, the new tenant is being ignored by Mr. Max and his team. I am constantly being passed from pillar to post, then it's that I have to contact the property owner directly. Then I have to call myself…. In short: not recommended!
