Because she is the intermediary between you and the landlord, you would think that they should know what good communication is. Max is the most unpleasant person to talk to and gets nothing done. Absolutely a terrible experience. Reaction: I know that you don't solve technical problems, but I expected that you would keep me informed about your communication with the landlord and what steps are being taken. I had to send multiple e-mails to get a short update from you, after having been sent away multiple times. Even now I still had to send more e-mails and write this review to actually get a response.

A very bad realtor! Let me tell you my story about how I am being treated as a tenant: - no response to multiple email requests. Max has drawn up and signed an incorrect document with the new tenant, resulting in strangers being registered at my address for over a month. The realtor does not correct his mistake by providing a new contract to the tenant, forcing me to start an address investigation. Also, the new tenant is being ignored by Mr. Max and his team. I am constantly being passed from pillar to post, then it's that I have to contact the property owner directly. Then I have to call myself…. In short: not recommended!
