Stelt tijdens de bezichtiging goede en ook kritische vragen aan de verkopende partij. Hierdoor kan je als koper met emotie kijken maar komt er ook een feitelijke blik en krijg je een mooi totaal plaatje van de woning.

Het contact met de makelaar verliep heel fijn en laagdrempelig. Overleg kon ook 's avonds op tijden die voor ons het makkelijkst waren. Toen er eenmaal een woning langs kwam konden we zo snel schakelen, waardoor we de woning oor een goede prijs hebben bemachtigd.
