They also respond via social media and through Funda. Unfortunately, your reaction was too late for this property, namely at a time when viewings could no longer be scheduled. This was done in consultation with our client. We are sorry that we were unable to help you with this property. It was also very extreme here with so many reactions. Hopefully it will work out with the next property. And using a search service (free and non-binding) does indeed help to receive the offer a little earlier. Date unknownAn unpleasant viewing of a property behind me with Mr. Veenstra. I have the impression that he is giving show viewers a tour for form's sake for this property because the seller of the property himself wants to decide this. The broker himself already has a buyer to whom he would prefer to sell the property, and in my opinion, he shows it well. First, Mr. Veenstra himself is late for the property with a story that he was detained. This can happen, but I think I deserve an apology for having been left waiting in front of a closed door. After this, he immediately gives me the feeling that I came for nothing because Mr. Veenstra starts his story about the property by stating that he already has a buyer for the property but that the owner also wants a sales process via Funda. This would not have been necessary for the broker himself. In addition to the fact that new viewers are let in after only fifteen minutes without explanation or apology towards me, it sketches my astonishment. In the email from the real estate agency, it states that half an hour is planned for my viewing appointment. That I must do this together with other interested parties and wait my turn to be able to ask a few questions of the broker, I find does not meet what they offer me beforehand. All in all, it made me stand outside again with an unpleasant aftertaste after the end of this viewing. For the first time I have viewed a property where I did not feel welcome as someone interested in buying.

Minus: Foundation text not very strong, had to adapt it considerably ourselves. Communication with the realtor almost always indirect (via front office). After the actual sale, there was virtually complete radio silence and it turns out the realtor no longer works at Frysk!

16 Aug 2024A traumatic experience. Our house was overpriced, after many price adjustments it still wasn't sold after a year. The market declined at that time (2022) and as a result we lowered the original asking price by €10,000 ourselves instead of the price mentioned by Frysk. Questions were not answered or only answered after calling multiple times. Without consultation, an equivalent house was placed on funda by Frysk for €15,000 less in the street behind ours. After our own (successful) attempts to sell the house, we were thwarted and after one email, the sales contract was simply terminated by Frysk without a normal conversation. Sold with another real estate agent after 1 week. I would not recommend anyone to sell a house here, terrible experience left.

It initially seems quite complicated with all the data that needs to be filled in. 2.Please discuss if the house you sold is located in an area with a lot of bus traffic, without you knowing that as a seller. I didn't find it pleasant to hear that from a neighbor.

04 Aug 2024Mid-Fryslân Real Estate helped us with the viewing, selection, and negotiation of our holiday home in Friesland. We hoped to find an expert and involved real estate agent. They far exceeded this expectation: not only our own real estate agent, but the entire office seemed involved. During the negotiation (which proceeded very difficultly due to the selling party) the real estate agent kept a cool head and listened carefully to our ideas. And brought it to a beautiful result. And it didn't stop there: even when drafting the purchase agreement, our real estate agent dotted the i’s. That was necessary, the real estate agent of the selling party turned out to be very sloppy. Finally, on the day of handover we received nice interior design advice which we took to heart and now provides extra light in the living room. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mid-Fryslân Real Estate to everyone.
