Eric denkt mee in mogelijkheden, heeft een groot netwerk, ook van woningzoekende, en kan zo vaak al snel een match maken. Goede kijk op potentiele markt, flexibel zodat op wensen van verkoper en potentiele kopers kan worden ingegaan. Bij de verkoop van onze woning ondervonden we een kleine hobbel waardoor ondertekening van de koopovereenkomst van onze kant 2 weken vertraagde. Eric ging hier relaxt mee om en wist dit zodanig over te brengen op koper dat zij hier geheel geen probleem mee hadden of in zagen. Daarnaast heeft Eric ons geholpen met de koopovereenkomst van de woning die we hebben aangekocht, geheel kosteloos. Oftewel niet beroerd om dat extra stapje te zetten.

Sceptisch over het nut van een aankoopmakelaar, zijn we na de hulp van de Huyzerij (Belinda) helemaal overtuigd! In deze moeilijke markt heeft zij met geduld én oog voor onze wensen precies dat huis weten te vinden dat we zochten! Ontzettend blij met het resultaat maar ook het proces; de kennis, bereikbaarheid, het meedenken en ontzorgen, zorgden ervoor dat we ontzettend goed begeleidt zijn en nu op onze droomplek wonen! Aanrader dus!

Heel bijzonder, pand op funda business: een keer gebeld, een keer via funda gereageerd. Makelaar belde me vrijdag na informatie aanvraag terug, ik was in bespreking en meldde hem dat ook, niets meer gehoord, waarna hij mij lichtelijk reirriteerd aangaf die dag geen tijd meer te hebben en mij maandag wel terug zou bellen. Niets meer gehoord.

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de adviezen en begeleiding van Eric en Belinda tijdens de verkoop van ons appartement. Het verkoopproces verliep exact zoals Eric ons van te voren verteld had. De presentatie folder zag er gelikt uit en de teksten waren zo geschreven dat je wel moest gaan kijken. Wij werden constant op de hoogte gehouden van de bezichtigingen en biedingen. De gehele afwikkeling en het opstellen van de koopakte gebeurde tot onze volle tevredenheid. Wij zijn blij dat wij voor deze makelaar hebben gekozen. Het huis wat we nu verkocht hebben, hadden we gekocht toen Eric optrad als makelaar voor de verkoper. Toen al vonden we Eric een fijne en betrouwbare man met verstand van zaken. Nu bij de verkoop heeft hij ons niet teleurgesteld! Snel schakelen, fijne communicatie en altijd klaar staan voor advies; kenmerken voor een topmakelaar! Tenminste, dat vinden wij! Mochten we ooit weer terug verhuizen naar Den Bosch dan weten we wel wie we moeten inschakelen voor een fijne landing.

De Huyzerij heeft ons laten zien meerwaarde te bieden als specialist bij de verkoop van een centrumwoning. Eric en Belinda vormen samen een deskundig team, werken accuraat en maken dat je je écht klant voelt. Het verkooptraject verzorgden zij van A tot Z. Ze kennen de Bossche vastgoedmarkt en zijn specialist in de binnenstad. Een pluspunt dat ook zeker niet onvermeld mag blijven, is hun samenwerking met fotograaf Max. Max heeft oog voor detail, bleef net zo lang tot de plaatjes naar zijn zin waren. Prachtig om hem te zien werken. Het leidde tot een mooie brochure, een soepel verkooptraject en dito afwikkeling nadat de verkoop tot stand was gekomen. Wij raden de Huyzerij absoluut aan!

Voor de 2de keer de huyzerij ingeschakeld voor de verkoop van mij huis. Bij beide keren waren de ervaringen positief. Professioneel, goede kennis van de markt, heldere afspraken en dat alles in goed overleg. Een dikke aanrader dus!

Via te pas rents out an apartment rented in the center of Den Bosch. The first impression was immediately not pleasant. They take very little time for viewings and have an attitude of 'if you don't rent it, there are a hundred others'. When we had to move into the apartment on April 1st, it wasn't even ready yet. Several times builders still had to come to our home to complete various tasks. This during office hours while we both work. Not handy, therefore. Also, the network connections were not ready. During our stay in the apartment, there were several defects such as the dishwasher not functioning properly (leakage), extractor fan and even self-assemblers drilling through electrical wiring. After emailing about these defects, there was always a response but literally no one ever came to fix it. At one point, someone also tried to break into the exterior door, which we of course immediately reported to Via te Pas verhuurt. They said they would look into it but we received 0 response on this as well. The damage from the burglary is still visible on the exterior door. After renting for 2 years, we were able to buy our own little house. Time for the handover! We thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment. Of course, there are some signs of wear and tear after 2 years, which is logical. Now Via te Pas is of course sharp and they threaten with exceptional costs such as painters, cleaners etc. conclusion: Via te Pas is a typical rental agent who is not at home when there are defects but when you have to hand over they have a complete list of 'attention points'. Worthless.

There you stand… A baby boom and an apartment that has sustained significant fire damage to sell. You would have preferred to sell the property yesterday but you will have to make do with what you have. I decided to contact five real estate agents to see who I could best work with. Two were quite nice, one was only concerned with his own portfolio, and one stood out above the rest. I was called by Nick from Woonhub Real Estate and he knew how to sell his service excellently. Let’s be honest, that's what you want, of course. You want a real estate agent to be good at selling because your house also needs to be sold. Where other agents saw problems regarding the timeframe, restoration work, and selling a house with fire damage, Nick came up with solutions.
