I rented an apartment from you, I was treated very badly. You already had problems when signing the contract because I am from Poland; I had to pay for a floor that was already there, and when I moved out, you didn't want to refund the money or have the flooring removed - this is just one example. Poles who come to your office are treated unfairly, and I also know this from other people.
We were well guided during the sale of the property; it wasn't a simple case but luckily the property was ultimately sold successfully.
We sold our house long distance because we ourselves were living in England. And covid made everything even more complicated. But Rene van de Laar and his team were 'on the case'!

This office sold my mother's house in Eindhoven within a short timeframe. The sale was handled very professionally by Inge van Wijngaarden. Our wishes were taken into account very well, and the negotiations were conducted strictly but also transparently and relaxed. Everything was done to expedite the sale, such as a beautiful photo reportage and drone recordings. The back office and after-sales service also deserve high praise. Can wholeheartedly recommend the office even as a real estate agent outside of St. Oedenrode.
