2 weeks ago I contacted khalid for an apartment in veldhoven. He took immediate action for me and had an apartment where I already have the key today. Super nice cooperation. Friendly man, keeps to the agreements, nice contact. If you are interested in buying or renting, I would definitely recommend khalid. If I were to move in the future, I will first check myself if he has a possibility.

Completely unprofessional and unethical agency in the Netherlands/Eindhoven region. - My friend lives in Almere and is visiting here. Is it ILLEGAL?! There's no temporary regulation in the studio, but outside, so everyone can dress. There are four tenants here. It's not my responsibility to constantly monitor. I spoke with the DNS installation team, who handle maintenance of this boiler. Water is constantly leaking and we refill it daily. I showed them. They clearly said the boiler needs to be replaced, but that can only happen if the owner pays for it. Furthermore, there are no separate meters for four tenants, so who consumes more gas, water and electricity? That's not determinable. Install four meters for the four tenants to get clarity. Tenants pay according to their own meter, problem solved. Moreover, my studio was hardly used for 45 days in 2023 because I'm mostly traveling for work. Despite that, an additional 1466 euros in gas, water and electricity costs on top of the rent price? The years of cleaning up dirt and waste in the common area and backyard, as seen in the photos, is my responsibility? Is that logical? - Be very careful if you rent through this agency. You're always charged an extra amount without proof and no one will even have the basic professional etiquette to have a proper conversation. - And cleanliness, OMG 😳 😳, come and see where I'm staying. I'm staying in a haunted house, full of dirt, broken outlets, cockroaches, insects, rats, spiders, a great view of the backyard, photos added. Moist walls, broken laminate floors are the cherry on top. You could see snakes in my backyard. Completely unhygienic, see attached photos. - Lightcity Housing asks to create tickets for any issues, fine. You create the tickets, without mentioning an SLA. Later it was suddenly closed with the remark 'treated well by the landlord' - while the landlord does nothing. So it's a ping pong game between the real estate agency and the landlord, and the tenant is the BALL 🏀 Here. - Increases rent at any time without a good explanation. - They don't speak a word, even when I asked multiple times for a personal conversation - they just hung up, lack of professionalism and not even the basic courtesy to deal with tenants.

The worst real estate office ever! They are way too expensive, they take advantage of expats and are dishonest. They do everything to not fully refund your deposit. Stay far away from them!!!

Very poor hospitality and an aggressive manager. They sent me multiple times without reason a evacuation message and called it later miscommunication. The accommodation is also not well maintained.

What an amateurish company, they are unfamiliar with regulations (AVG), dates unknown, they do call to say the rent is not in on the first while the rental agreement (which wasn't even signed by the other party) states a different date and as the cherry on top they don’t even have a copy of the rental agreement. Especially going into business with people like this guarantees that your interests, both as a tenant and landlord, will not be properly looked after. Purely a money-wasting entity which is a waste of your money.... 12-01-2024 Rent was paid on time so any outstanding rent amount is nonsense. I wouldn’t want to recognize myself in this either. Do your job properly or just stop doing it. Bothering people about something that hasn't even been paid yet. Should I start complaining about my deposit which I haven’t received yet? A bit nonsensical just like the response from you.

They reacted multiple times to their 'personal' offers, which I provisionally accepted, but each time it was automatically rejected the next day because the property was no longer available. I went to check and everything was empty. Scammers.

There was some misunderstanding and miscommunication about the deposit, but in the end I got it all back. A few times we had small problems in the house, but that was solved within 1-2 days.

*Efficient, responsive, supportive* I have had a lot of pleasure working with Tim and Khaled from Lightcity Housing. I rented the studio at Van Kinsbergenstraat 13 and paid the deposit and rent for the period from August 16 to 31. However, due to certain circumstances I had to cancel my contract. Despite this, the people from Lightcity Housing were more than helpful. They guided me through the entire process and refunded my deposit as soon as the new tenant had signed the contract. Lightcity Housing is, to say the least, a reliable and trustworthy real estate agency. I can wholeheartedly recommend it and it will certainly be the first place I go to when looking for a rental property in Eindhoven.

So I got a viewing of a property and thought that I would get it, but that didn't happen. Three weeks later that property came back into view. I called them on Monday (when the property was still new) and told them that I could move in right away, because I had already had a viewing. They asked me to come to the viewing on Thursday anyway, because they wanted to choose from a group of people. They would send me the details and everything. I only got an e-mail on Tuesday, so I reacted again on Wednesday and found out that the property was already rented out. If I don't get a property, why would I give hope?
