Compleet onprofessioneel en onethisch bureau in Nederland/regio Eindhoven - Mijn vriend woont in Almere en komt hier op bezoek. Is het ILLEGAAL?! Er is geen tijdelijke regelaar in de studio, maar buiten, dus iedereen kan wisselen. Er zijn hier 4 huurders. Het is niet mijn verantwoordelijkheid om constant te controleren. Ik heb met het DNS-installatieteam gesproken, dat het onderhoud van deze boiler doet. Er lekt constant water en we vullen het dagelijks bij. Ik heb het ze laten zien. Ze zeiden duidelijk dat de boiler vervangen moet worden, maar dat kan alleen als de eigenaar hiervoor betaalt. Verder zijn er geen aparte meters voor 4 huurders, dus wie verbruikt er meer gas, water en elektriciteit? Dat kun je niet definiëren. Installeer 4 meters voor 4 huurders om duidelijkheid te krijgen. Huurders betalen volgens hun eigen meter, probleem opgelost. Bovendien is mijn studio in 2023 45 dagen nauwelijks gebruikt, omdat ik voornamelijk voor mijn werk op reis ben. Ondanks dat, ook nog eens 1466 euro extra gas, water en elektriciteitskosten bovenop de huurprijs? Het jarenlang schoonmaken van vuil en afval in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte en achtertuin, zoals te zien op de foto's, is mijn verantwoordelijkheid? What an amateurish company, they are unfamiliar with regulations (AVG), dates unknown, they do call to say the rent is not in on the first while the rental agreement (which wasn't even signed by the other party) states a different date and as the cherry on top they don’t even have a copy of the rental agreement. Especially going into business with people like this guarantees that your interests, both as a tenant and landlord, will not be properly looked after.
