Debbie and Marieke helped us very helpfully in finding our house in this challenging housing market. They took great care to ensure that we understood the process and made all communication possible even when we were in different time zones. During our search for a new house, we encountered so many terrible real estate agents, lots of 'quick' guys with absolutely no attention for us as buyers. When we started selling our own house, we looked for someone who wasn't like that. And Debbie came to mind, we bought our house from her almost 15 years ago and that felt right. I loved their personal approach, Whatsapp communication and quick responses. If they accidentally missed your call, they ensure you are called back even after working hours. Scandalous realtor who doesn't take you seriously. You call them for a viewing and it gets postponed for two weeks due to a so-called 'course' and due to the virus. Later, an acquaintance called and apparently could get an appointment directly a few days later. Bravo for this realtor, you are obviously assessed by phone. Unfortunately, this is not our only bad experience with Debbie Mels Lommers realtor. Due to being treated like this, our interest in the house with the northern sun has disappeared.
