We have rented out our house in Oerle for the last 2 years with the help of Vino from Budget Housing. They arranged everything neatly for us. Clear contract, good explanation, always quick contact via WhatsApp and ultimately a (probably with some luck) very good and tidy tenant. In addition, it was also nice that we ultimately had no worries about it; even though the house was in very good condition, I think Vino handled things like the interim check and the final handover with photos and all, very well and quickly so that we hardly had to do anything. All in all great.

Not at all professional when it comes to entrusting your property to them for rental and especially maintenance. Poor customer service mentality throughout the entire period that I rented out my home, in some cases even a rude attitude. Especially during the inspection before I returned home: damages, dirt and a mentality to redo it since there is no added value for them anymore. Had to be involved in lengthy discussions about sharing important responsibility issues. The only positive thing is that I had no problems with receiving the monthly payment. For the rest, I would absolutely not recommend them.

Be careful when renting a house from this real estate agent. When you stop renting the property, you must check the belongings with the real estate agent. Otherwise, they will charge you high cleaning costs, which they can only prove with invoices. Must be very careful. If you have the choice, do not rent a house from this real estate agent. They are more than just a rental company. They will take a lot of money from you. Parenthetically, they get 5 stars with a discount. At least, that's what happened to me initially. Please don't trust the 5 stars they receive. One more thing: I received a message from someone about this agent. The same thing happened to him too. We were tenants to rent the house in Meerhoven, make sure you take photos and keep as much documentation as possible when you return the house. During the initial inspection, the broker did not mention that they would hire a cleaning company to clean the house. Subsequently, they charged extra costs without any documents (photos, work papers). We requested payment details. They ignored our request and then deducted the money directly from our deposit, this was a bad experience that we were treated like this.
The company is not reliable. Carry out the final inspection with them. Otherwise, they will ultimately take a lot from you. The best way is to do no business with them. The two boys in the picture are those who play all the tricks. Be careful!
We rented a house from this rental company. They confiscated our deposit and electricity savings in an unreasonable way. They told the landlord that we had saved 930 euros on electricity and then returned 500. Furthermore, they also asked for high cleaning costs. Ultimately, we cannot get back the entire amount of the security deposit. Terrible. They wanted us to pay cash at the beginning to avoid VAT, and subsequently brought us a total of almost euros. Protect yourself by completing the final inspection with the agent. Do not trust them at all.
