On behalf of Kema Beleggingen, a home inspection was carried out - the house had been well cleaned and there were now damages to the property. However, costs were charged for the damage and the cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, that the house needed to be cleaned after my departure), I could not receive anything.

As a student, I've been well dressed by this company. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

Hello friends, We wholeheartedly recommend Marcel for the purchase of a house. He is very fast and smooth in completing the transaction. His costs are higher - the return on investment is also higher - and he is an excellent negotiator. Other services, such as a notary, should be arranged individually (more advantageous). No good experiences with them

The viewing was quite okay, then you place a bid and receive an automated message stating that you are still being considered. After that, radio silence, no phone call saying you weren't selected, no response to emails...

Terrible experience. DHVC managed our rental apartment for almost 3 years. They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

It's been a while now, but they charged illegal costs to the tenant (me) and to the landlord.

BAD company! charges service costs to both tenant and landlord which is prohibited by law. After sending official letters requesting reimbursement, they simply didn't respond. This company has just stolen over 900 euros from me in this way! Furthermore, they refused to return the key deposit when I went to hand in the keys. So they take money as a deposit but don't give it back! Scammers! Edit: There has indeed been contact with you via my lawyer. I still have all the emails saved. YOU charged service costs to both the letting and renting party. YOU are responsible for this, not the landlord. I see that I am not alone. Shame on you for acting like this now!

I rented an apartment from DHVC and am reasonably satisfied with it. During the time I lived there, they always responded to emails/calls in a clear and quick manner and problems were resolved quickly. Unfortunately, their communication was sometimes not ideal. For example, not communicating well that a huge ventilation unit (ugly, noisy) would be placed on my terrace for the restaurant below. Moreover, it took a few months too long before I received my deposit back, due to some delay in obtaining the costs for certain 'damage' they had reported. All in all, you could probably do much worse if you rent from another agency.

We had a very pleasant experience with DHVC Vastgoed. Due to their large network and reach (including the expat community), our house was shared with a wide audience and sold quickly. Their sales strategy, in which they also cleverly utilize digital channels, works well. The lines with the employees were short and communication flowed pleasantly. A real top performer! The lines of communication are short, one is almost always reachable and answers your questions with a lot of patience. The sale therefore went smoothly and entirely according to plan.

There are nice and helpful people. But like most brokers, the company favors the landlord at the expense of the tenant. If your business model is based on landlords as your main customers and you act as an intermediary, you must also take responsibility for non-cooperative landlords and dissatisfied tenants. We did the move-in and move-out inspections with them: although the markings were the same in both cases as shown in the photos, the landlord wanted to repaint the wall anew and charged all of us the deposit. DHVC said they could do nothing about it. Moreover, miscommunication during the final inspection led to many problems.

Renting through DHVC for years. I am often abroad for extended periods, so it's important that everything is well arranged for me and my tenants. And they do!

Extremely bad service from this company when I rented a room through them. Questions to tenant and landlord about 'brokerage fees' worth a whole month's rent, which was then a grey area and is now explicitly illegal to combat such immoral practices. As a seller or landlord, I would look elsewhere! Edit: A bit weak to react like that, you certainly did this. Check the less anonymous reviews with the same problem but.

Update, after two and a half years I still haven't received my deposit back. Who does something like that???? Taking student money and not returning the deposit. If you rent a room from them, be aware that you will lose your deposit forever. Awful.

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with this real estate office. We lost two bids. In one bid, we even made the highest offer. For the other bid, the agent gave no feedback at all. The deadline was approaching, so we called the seller directly and found out that the property had already been sold a few days earlier. We didn't even get the chance to make an offer. After that, the agent went silent without any explanation, so we decided to try on our own. No feedback, no planning, poor communication, and ultimately no purchase, just missed opportunities.

Very bad service, the building is inaccessible, employee arrogant, nobody ever comes when you have a fault, for 4 months the roof has been broken haha, luckily we are moving out of the disadvantaged neighborhood / building in 2 weeks, be careful !! Never call or email dhvc

Marcel is very flexible and acts quickly. After the request for assignment, he went to the house that same afternoon and even worked out the report during his vacation (and on Sunday). Very satisfied! What was promised was delivered on time and in quality. The people are both flexible and professional.

NOT PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH: I am very disappointed with my experience. The staff did not communicate, so I had to wait for weeks before being confirmed that I could rent one of their studios. On the day of check-in, the agent was more than 3 hours late and without warning me: 3 hours not knowing if I would get my studio even though I had already paid. Then they refused to give me the contract in a language I understand (I am a French student renting for an internship): I still signed because someone around me was good enough to translate it for me. Thanks to him for the agent's work. They also did not want to send me an invoice so that I could handle administrative formalities and pay my rent at the same time: is this normal? I had to ask at least 5 different people! And now it is impossible to set a date for the inventory, they are asking me to 'leave the keys in the apartment and an agent will come pick them up'. Are they lacking professionalism or did they want to take advantage of a foreign student? Update: It has been more than a month since I left the studio. They were supposed to refund my deposit within four weeks (according to Dutch law + as stated in the rental agreement). The check-out went smoothly, despite the man being late. I don't know what I have to do to get my money back. If you have a choice, do not do business with them. They are not professional but rather abusers!

DHVC rents out homes on behalf of the landlord and charges tenants costs. This is not allowed by law. I have had this experience with DHVC. DHVC also does not want to refund these costs. Are there any more people with this experience? Together we are stronger.

Very bad experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. If there's a problem, they don't look for a solution; they just want to dump you and find someone else. They also ask for 'administrative costs,' which is not permitted according to Dutch law.

Rented an apartment with them for 2.5 years and enjoyed it. If there were any defects, a short phone call to DHVC was enough and the issue was addressed. The rental agreement was very clear (without disadvantageous 'small print' for the tenant). I can recommend DHVC to everyone.
