Strange low valuation after renovation, the real estate agent and mortgage advisor had never seen this before. Communication was also poor beforehand and it took a long time for the report to be ready. I would advise against this appraiser to everyone.

People, don't have the valuation of your home carried out here if you also want to include a valuation after renovation. Less than half the cost of what needed to be done was included in the assessed value. Afterwards, we heard from several estate agents that they definitely would not have recommended having the valuation done through here. I therefore advise against it. It is better to pay a little more for a good valuation, we unfortunately had to find out.

En dat uit pure wanhoop van uit deze oplichter! En nu is Start Makelaars INEENS ZOGENAAMD niet meer gevestigd in Mill😂 mensen trap daar niet in! Roos K is echter alleen maar een domme doos als DEKMANTEL van Mark G! En ze zitten gevestigd in Huizen maar echter nog steeds gewoon in Mill! Zie alle contact gegevens😂 Uw tegen reactie op Google!! Is dus wederom groot leugen!!! Met je verhaal van allen betrokken in verkeerd daglicht te zetten, echter zijn jullie als betrokkenen inderdaad mede schuldig en niet alleen in deze zaak zoals al op tv bekend is. En geloof me alles komt boven tafel, en wie het laatst lacht, lacht het! En dat zullen jullie niet zijn! Daarbij zet ik niemand in verkeerd daglicht, echter vertel ik de waarheid en geen leugens zoals wederom jullie hier weer om te proberen zieltjes terug te winnen! Gelukkig weten velen na de TV uitzending en de lopende rechtszaken wel beter gelukkig! echter ben ik namelijk dus niet door een rechterlijk bevel uit me huis gezet, zoals je zelf ook heel goed weet! Echter heb je samen met me ex het huis wel op viezen werkwijze verkocht en flink aan verdiend, en daarbij mijn handtekening meerdere malen vervalst “dus identiteitsfraude en valsheid in geschrifte gepleegd!” Dus besef dat dit alles en ook wederom deze domme leugen van mevrouw Roos K “die zogenaamd de eigenaar is echter zijn we niet dom! Terwijl dat iedereen namelijk wel weet dat dit oplichter Mark G dat werkelijk is!” Zelfs kun je daarbij de wantrouwen in de website en leugens ook wederom al zien doordat het bedrijfsnummer van Mark G er ook al weer staat en dit overduidelijk het telefoonnummer waar die in Mill al mee werkte inclusief het kengetal!🙈 Hoe dom kun je zijn! Net zo dom dat Roos K niet zoveel ervaring heeft😂 dan was ze namelijk al op haar “14 jaar” makelaar!🙈 Dus even voor de duidelijkheid dit alles zal boven tafel komen! En als je nog beetje verstandig bent haal je de domme tegen reactie even van Google! Want iedereen weet hoe je bent meester leugenaar en oplichter! Maar eerlijke mensen “zoals jullie” rennen niet overal voor weg toch? Daarom bleef je staan, zoals op tv! En zaterdag nog in Uden he Mark G!!! 😂

Roos met haar zogenaamde lieve glimlach. Ze raakte de sleutels van ons aangekochte woning kwijt, waardoor wij de sloten moesten vervangen. Elke keer smoesjes dat ze de sleutels zou komen brengen maar helaas. We hadden haar daarover ingelicht, maar de rekening van 650,00 betalen doet ze niet. De verkopers zitten na een jaar nog op de brochure te wachten en hebben ook spijt dat ze ooit met haar in zee zijn gegaan. Pas op voor haar ze komt geen enkele afspraak na.

The only difference between an 'affiliated' realtor and a 'free' realtor is the price. Take advantage of that, it can make a huge difference!

I will never rent a property managed by Vastgoedbeheer Gelderland again. We have a serious mold problem caused by moisture in a wall. It was the same when our realtor viewed the building and assured us that all the mold would be resolved by the time we moved in. That wasn't the case. We are getting incredibly sick from it, so we had to close off part of the apartment, including our master bedroom and the bathroom with shower. It has taken months and months and it is still not resolved. They just don't care! We email Reinier constantly requesting attention for the matter and all our emails are simply ignored. They are terrible people who don't care about people’s health. We are still paying the full rent, despite not having a fully habitable apartment.

Strongly advise against this company!
