No smooth sales pitches from fast-talking guys, but personal guidance down to the smallest details. HKM brokers genuinely enjoy making sure your house looks good for sale, and also think along about styling, interior design etc. to ensure the house makes the best possible impression. Also, HKM brokers have a pleasant vision regarding viewings. No broker just sits there saying 'the house sells itself', but HKM really thinks along about how to create a pleasant atmosphere for both seller and buyer.
