My partner and I met Gilaine from HKM Real Estate during a viewing of a potential house. I generally don't have much use for real estate agents, and that’s precisely why I was so incredibly happy with HKM. No smooth sales pitches from fast-talking guys, but personal guidance down to the smallest details. HKM brokers genuinely enjoy making sure your house looks good for sale, and also think along about styling, interior design etc. to ensure the house makes the best possible impression. Also, HKM brokers have a pleasant vision regarding viewings. No broker just sits there saying 'the house sells itself', but HKM really thinks along about how to create a pleasant atmosphere for both seller and buyer. Conclusie eerst: Gilaine is de makelaar die we aan al onze familieleden, vrienden en collega's zouden aanbevelen als ze een huis willen verkopen of kopen. Professioneel, geduldig, efficiënt en responsief. Toen we ons huis wilden verkopen, hadden we afspraken met verschillende makelaars. Vanwege de schommelingen op de huizenmarkt wilden we ons huis zo snel mogelijk verkopen, maar niet overhaast. Eigenlijk was Gilaine niet onze eerste keus. Een van de andere makelaars deed ons in het begin mooie beloftes: het huis snel te koop zetten/gegarandeerd aantal bezichtigingen/meerdere bezichtigingen gepland. Toen we echter ja zeiden, bleken alle volgende planningen anders dan beloofd: een veel langere plaatsingstijd, geen garantie op de bezichtigingstijd en -aantallen. Na dit voorval hebben we direct besloten om niet meer met hen in zee te gaan en ons gevoel te volgen en met Gilaine verder te gaan. Het blijkt de beste beslissing te zijn die we in het tweede kwartaal van 2022 hebben genomen :) Alles is direct en GOED geregeld: fotoshoot, plaatsing, planning van bezichtigingen, bezichtigingen, offertes ontvangen en uiteindelijk de definitieve afronding. Alles was binnen een maand afgerond, met een resultaat dat onze verwachtingen overtrof. 100% tevredenheid, 100% aan te bevelen!! Bedankt Gilaine, het is een genoegen je te ontmoeten :)
