A stunning property found in the offer of Voorberg Makelaars Nesselande, this property was exactly what we were looking for! Friendly staff, especially since the market is not as you hope.. and it's logical that a starting buyer has many questions.. This was no problem at all, received clear answers to all questions. From the first viewing to signing, experienced as pleasant.

People please stay away from this broker!! He was my buyer's agent. He doesn't tell the truth, does things on his own, he presented me with thousands of euros in surprise costs, and that all after the purchase agreement was signed. I have already engaged a lawyer and will sue him!

The message from the real estate agent below is not an accurate representation of things, only shortly before the valuation was something sent by email stating the much higher price. Requested multiple quotes for the valuation and Voorberg was chosen based on the price, it's a bit of a charlatan, but yes what can you expect from that profession group.
