Zeer goed en snel geholpen met ons bankstel wat getakeld moest worden naar de 6e etage. Mijn heerlijk thuis heeft ons bankstel in ontvangst genomen en daarna met verhuiswagen en verhuislift door zeer vriendelijke mannen bij ons in de huiskamer uitgepakt en in elkaar gezet. Contact met Thijs was zeer prettig. No nonsense aanpak. "Bel maar waneer je bankstel komt en ik regel het". Zou in de toekomst zeker weer voor dit bedrijf kiezen.

Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met Den Rooijen & Van Herk Makelaars. Vanaf het allereerste contact toonde hun team professionaliteit, transparantie en oprechte toewijding. Wat echt opviel, was hun heldere communicatie en diepgaande kennis van de markt. Ze begeleidden me geduldig en deskundig door elke stap van het proces, waardoor wat een stressvolle ervaring had kunnen zijn, soepel en goed georganiseerd verliep. Ik voelde me altijd goed geïnformeerd en had vertrouwen in de beslissingen die ik nam. Hun oog voor detail en proactieve aanpak maakten hen echt uniek. Ze deden niet alleen de basisdingen, maar gingen een stap verder om ervoor te zorgen dat alles perfect geregeld was. De service was persoonlijk, responsief en zeer betrouwbaar. Ik vond dit geen fijne makelaar, ze waren erg slordig en moest zelf achter hun fouten aan zitten om dit weer recht te zetten. Dit heeft helaas ons ook geld gekost en telefoontjes worden genegeerd. Ik raad daarom deze makelaar niet aan.

Wij hebben voor de verkoop van ons huis een 4-tal makelaars uitgenodigd om offerte te maken. Eigenlijk maakten zij allemaal een goede indruk, maar eentje sprong er voor ons uit. Het contact was van begin af aan vriendelijk, maar zeker ook zakelijk zeer naar onze zin. Aanbevelenswaardig is een goed Nederlands woord voor deze makelaar.

We zijn enorm goed begeleid in de verkoop van de woning. Aangezien we zelf niet veel ervaring hebben met het verkopen van een woning was dit voor ons een fijne geruststelling. We zijn goed geïnformeerd hoe we de verkoop het beste konden aanpakken en hoewel we wat sceptisch waren over de verkoopprijs heeft Den Rooijen en Van Herk makelaars gedaan wat ze beloofd hebben.
