Under the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better

Dennis was the sales broker of the person from whom I bought my apartment. He was already very friendly during the viewing and could tell a lot about the apartment and the neighborhood, and he could answer my questions (which unfortunately wasn't the case with other sales brokers). His transparency and honesty were very pleasant during the viewing. When I heard that my offer had been accepted and the arrangement of the follow-up steps began, Dennis was very helpful and his communication was clear and very fast. He also made time on a Saturday to calmly review the purchase agreement. He has the best interests at heart for both the seller and the buyer. I experienced the entire process as very pleasant with Dennis' help and would certainly have wanted him as my purchasing broker if my search for a home had lasted longer.
