Well-deserved 1 star for appalling customer service. 5 messages sent via email and funda with a question about a commercial property. Literally 0% response. If only a yes or no had been answered, you wouldn't have received this 1 star. You were already warned, because I retracted a previous 1-star review, as you did respond to that one... All in all, this won't be retracted and I am very disappointed, because I made considerable effort to get in contact. Furthermore, you could have earned thousands of euros from me if I had been able to rent that particular property temporarily. Apparently not enough income for a response. Peak realtor arrogance, that’s how it feels. And 1 star, this feels like!

We rented an apartment through HVMS for two years, unprofessional behavior, poor communication including no coordination with us and the bad spelling they insisted on using in their emails, no help with any problem. It is definitely not recommended to rent through them.
