They gave us some good tips on how to prepare our house for sale and their photographer was really expert. Their strategy for selling the house worked well. However, their rate is a bit higher than some other agencies. Moreover, after selling the house they disappeared and did not respond to our requests in a timely manner. For example, they returned the keys too late or they did not update the sign to show that the house had been sold.
