Lindy van Gusto Casa is a support and rock in the exciting search for a house in the hectic Utrecht market. Through a mutual friend, we came to Lindy and we are very happy about that! Lindy is straightforward, knowledgeable, and thinks along well with you. During viewings and at potentially interesting houses, she always gave her unfiltered opinion on what was wrong, or what she didn't like. But also what was structurally really good and what options might be suitable for our situation. Thanks to Lindy, we were able to buy our dream house and we would recommend her to everyone (which we have already done). In addition to all these advantages, Lindy is also considerably friendlier in terms of price than other real estate agencies where we had inquired.

Lindy was the selling broker for our house. We were forced to increase our bid 2 times. 1. After we sent our bid, we were called within a few hours by Lindy. She said that our bid was one of the three highest offers and that we could assess our bid by 8:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, we released a new bid. At 8:00 PM, Lindy called us and said: “The house is yours!” We celebrated it with our family during the Sinterklaas dinner, told the news to our loved ones, and emotionally prepared for the new house. 2. The next morning, we were called again by Lindy. They received a higher bid after the deadline, and it was EUR 5,000 more than ours. It's a shame that we missed the house and that the owners didn’t care about the deadline, but only counted money. If we still wanted the house, we had to match the new price now. We still equaled the price, but with a very bad feeling in our hearts. We weren’t even sure if we were being deceived, emotionally manipulated. We weren’t even sure if the third party was real. It was such a bad experience, not to mention that they were always late for all meetings. At the notary meeting, the seller also made jokes about never being on time.
