Lindy was de verkopende makelaar voor ons huis. We werden twee keer onder druk gezet om ons bod te verhogen. 1. Nadat we ons bod hadden ingediend, werden we binnen een paar uur gebeld door Lindy. Ze zei dat ons bod een van de drie hoogste biedingen was en dat we ons bod tot 20.00 uur konden herzien. We deden om 18.00 uur een nieuw bod. Om 20.00 uur belde Lindy ons en zei: "Het huis is van jullie!" We vierden het Sinterklaasdiner met onze familie, vertelden het nieuws aan onze dierbaren en bereidden ons emotioneel voor op het nieuwe huis. 2. De volgende ochtend werden we opnieuw gebeld door Lindy. Ze kregen na de deadline een hoger bod en het was € 5.000 meer dan het onze. Jammer dat we het huis hadden gemist en de eigenaren zich niet druk maakten om de deadline, maar alleen geld telde. Als we het huis nog steeds wilden, moesten we nu de nieuwe prijs evenaren. We hebben de prijs nog steeds evenaart, maar met een heel slecht gevoel in ons hart. We wisten niet zeker of we bedrogen waren, of dat we emotioneel in de maling waren genomen. We wisten niet eens zeker of de derde partij wel echt was. Wat een slechte ervaring, en dan heb ik het nog niet eens gehad over het feit dat ze altijd te laat was voor alle afspraken. Tijdens de notarisvergadering grapte de verkoper er ook over dat ze nooit op tijd was.
