Good, professional and involved real estate agents! We were helped by Rosemarie van Straten and Dennis Pel as a buyer's agent. Very good experience. We are a young couple with a son who wanted to move from Amsterdam to Hilversum. We didn’t know Hilversum. We spent a day with Dennis, who showed us various houses in different neighborhoods. A tour of Hilversum, exactly what we needed! This way we relatively quickly gained insight into the different neighborhoods and price ranges, which greatly accelerated our search. Very satisfied. They quickly and smoothly rented out our home to a lovely family. Because we left for abroad indefinitely, we had to find a good tenant quickly. That was arranged within a week. Gooiland Makelaardij is the only one in Hilversum specializing in rentals and is a well-known party within the world of expats; we didn't even have to put our house on Funda and it was already rented out. The selection of tenants was extremely professional, and we were properly informed about the risks and consequences, such as having to request permission from the bank for rental, what the tax implications are, but also that a tenant enjoys legal protection if you want to terminate the contract earlier. We were therefore able to make a well-considered decision. The advantages, however, are that we benefit from an excellent rent, and that we still own our current house which is now increasing significantly in value. Double win then.

Terrible realtor!!!! Incompetent and unprofessional employees. We have lived abroad due to my husband's work. We had our house put up for rent through these people because we assumed a realtor would be skilled enough to draw up a watertight contract. Gooiland Makelaardij cannot do that!! Now we are stuck with a tenant who is not leaving our house! And letting the house fall into disrepair. Because the tenant is so protected in this communist country, owners have no leg to stand on. Even our lawyer can't do anything because the rental contract is so bad. Please never do business with Gooiland Makelaardij!!!
