After having viewed a number of homes on Funda.nl but never being able to attend a viewing because the viewing days were always booked up incredibly quickly, I had less and less confidence that I would be able to purchase a suitable home in the short term. During that process, I also started inquiring about mortgages with various lenders. In one of the last conversations, I was referred to Wendy by the mortgage advisor. What a pleasant contact, but even more importantly, in this quite exciting and hectic period of searching for a home in an exploding housing market.
