Ondanks dat de markt de afgelopen half jaar minder werd en er in in eerste instantie minder bezichtigingen waren, heeft Wendy met creatieve oplossingen toch nieuwe kijkers weten te trekken. In de beruchte oververhitte woningmarkt van 2022 met belachelijk hoge verkoopprijzen heeft Wendy mij bijgestaan bij de aankoop van onze woning. Zonder haar bemiddeling was dit simpelweg niet gelukt. Baar Makelaardij bv is een fijne en betrouwbare makelaardij. Wij hebben met Wendy een fijne samenwerking gehad met als gevolg dat we snel een huis hebben gevonden. De contacten met Wendy waren fijn, en er werd snel gereageerd op vragen. Korte lijntjes waardoor zaken rondom informatie over de woning, welk bod breng je uit, kan je mee bezichtigen enorm snel werden beantwoord of geregeld. Wij konden altijd bij Wendy terecht met vragen indien ze het niet wist werd het gelijk uitgezocht. Wij zijn erg tevreden over Wendy, en zouden wij ook zeker aanraden bij andere mensen. Zeker als je zoekende bent of je bent nog niet bekend in het ‘het huis kopen wat nu?’. Goede begeleiding, eerlijke mening maar vooral goede communicatie!

Prima makelaar!

Na een aantal woningen te hebben gezien op Funda.nl maar nooit tot een bezichtiging heb kunnen komen omdat de kijkdagen elke keer enorm snel vol waren geboekt, had ik steeds minder vertrouwen in dat ik op korte termijn een geschikte woning zou kunnen aankopen. Tijdens dat proces ben ik ook gaan informeren over de hypotheken bij verschillende geldverstrekkers. In een van de laatste gesprekken ben ik door de hypotheekadviseur doorverwezen naar Wendy. Wat een fijn contact maar nog belangrijker, in deze toch wel spannende en hectische periode op zoek naar een woning in een woningmarkt die geëxplodeerd is. Een opdracht voor Wendy die naar mijn idee toch echt heel moeilijk zou zijn. Na een eerste fijne kennismakingsgesprek waarin ik mijn wensen heb aangegeven al snel mijn eerste bezichtiging.
