The worst experience I've ever had with the agency. Dennis is rude and unprofessional. He broke all the agreements we had about timelines and deadlines. When I pointed this out, he started talking in a disrespectful way and shouting and threatened to make sure my bid wasn't accepted, despite it being the seller's decision and not that of a realtor. This demonstrates a complete lack of ethical and professional standards. Furthermore, I suspect they disclose bids publicly to the parties they work with, making a fair bidding process with them impossible.
