Professionele en vriendelijke makelaar. Wij zijn erg tevreden met de loop van de verkoop van ons woning en de plan van aanpak van de Vesta makelaars. Goede kwaliteit/prijs.

Zeer slechte ervaring met Vesta. Vooral de waardebepaling van B. Ik heb nog steeds mijn twijfels of hij wel een NVM taxateur is. Hij kijkt in het kadaster naar omliggende verkochte woningen en heeft meteen zijn prijs klaar. Hij kijkt helemaal niet naar individuele aspecten welke de waarde van woningen kunnen beïnvloeden. Zonder overleg plaatst hij meteen zijn rapportage op de NWWI site. Zeer laks, zeer a-klant gericht en zou NIEMAND aanraden zaken met hem te doen. Zorg maar dat je niet met hem te maken krijgt, want hij draait je zo een poot uit.

Op aanraden van een kennis zaken gedaan met Vesta. Naar mijn mening een goede en professionele makelaar. Bas Fennik heeft mij en mijn man goed geholpen en geadviseerd bij het verkopen van ons huis. Hij heeft geluisterd naar onze wensen en deze toegepast op de geleverde services. Ik raad dan ook zeker aan om je woning te verkopen via Vesta Makelaars.
