There were several leaks in the house when we took possession of it, and neither our agent nor the selling agent addressed the problem. All I heard from them was that the owners were unavailable and that they handed over the house with all their discarded furniture which they no longer needed. It would have been courteous to take their belongings with them and hand over a clean property. Be careful when choosing this real estate agent, whether you are a seller or buyer.
