24-02 called to make an appointment. Was told I would have a viewing on 25-02. Confirmation would come via phone or mail on the respective day. On 25-02 received a call that some things needed to be arranged with the current tenant. I would be called for an appointment once this was settled. After not receiving any response for a long time after 06-03, I decided to call myself. Then I was told that viewings had already taken place and the respective property had already been rented out. I find this very sloppy and unprofessional. Also, no consideration was given to possible help or advice for an alternative.
