Never before have I done business with a real estate agent who was so open and honest about all the ins and outs you need to know before deciding to go into business with them. Their flexible approach is completely in line with my needs and makes me fully trust them to represent my interests, both earlier - and now again - without a single bit of regret. I myself am several thousand kilometers away, but completely stress-free, I let them contribute to a perfect representation of my interests and the safeguarding of my real estate.

I would strongly hesitate to go into business with this group. Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience with Haring Verhuurmakelaar. He is very difficult to deal with, not fair, very arrogant and doesn't respond quickly. I would go elsewhere for your housing services.

Helaas heb ik geen goede ervaring gehad met Haring V. Hij reageerde niet, was lastig en nogal arrogant. Ik zou voor uw behoeften een andere dienstverlener kiezen.

Unprofessional and ignorant behavior. They do not provide complete information, such as the housing class, and can register based on address, etc. When multiple people want the same property, they change the price within one night. Not recommended.

We vinden het jammer dat je een negatieve review hebt geplaatst, zeker omdat deze gebaseerd lijkt te zijn op onjuiste informatie. We begrijpen dat het teleurstellend kan zijn om een woning niet toegewezen te krijgen, maar we handelen altijd eerlijk, transparant en volgens de geldende regels. In dit geval was de woning niet geschikt voor het gebruik dat jullie voor ogen hadden (twee broers met het plan om later jullie partners te laten overkomen) Inschrijving op het adres was wél toegestaan en de huurprijs is gedurende het hele proces niet aangepast. Uiteindelijk is het de verhuurder die bepaalt aan wie de woning wordt verhuurd.

I got in touch with Jeroen van Haring Real Estate Agent when I was looking for an apartment for my new colleague, an IT expat, who would be coming to the Netherlands in a month. The housing market is extremely challenging and such a short timeframe is often a reason to break the deal. However, Jeroen carefully mapped out the most important requirements, presented several apartments and arranged a viewing. I was physically present and my colleague was present during the video call. We found Jeroen very experienced: he has a clear structure for the documents that need to be checked, the financial and legal conditions for the rental were very clear and easy to follow. And the apartment was perfect, it had everything my colleague considered important. During the viewing we were pleasantly surprised by how much Jeroen knew about the apartment: even the specifications of the technical equipment. So from now on, whenever my employer (an IT company with more than 10,000 employees) hires another IT expat, I know exactly where to send them. 100% recommended.
