With great regret, I had my house appraised by Angela a few months ago. The received appraisal report displayed photos of another object, while she herself made the photos of our house. I have asked her twice by phone to correct this. Instead of an amended version, I received an invoice. How can you make such a big mistake? She is really unprofessional. She occasionally drifts off into dreamland 😴💭. Angela is only concerned with money and not quality.

People beware! Do not go into business with Ms. Vastgoed! We had a very bad experience with Angela as an agent. She accepted the assignment to sell our new-build home. She set the asking price too high and after a week of no response, she lowered the asking price. From day one we were correcting her, think of unprofessional photos and incorrect texts on funda. She scheduled the viewings two weeks later, which resulted in people not showing up. During her vacation/free days she had no replacement and brought everything to a standstill. In the same complex, three apartments had already been sold within that period by another agent. After eight weeks we decided to withdraw the assignment; she sent us an invoice of €1500 as termination costs. This is something you don't experience anywhere in the Netherlands. She threatened us with immediate payment, otherwise she would remove the house from Funda. We had agreed on a brokerage fee of 1.5% for good and smooth service, while her price is 1%. At Ms. Vastgoed it’s not about quality and service, but only about money. In many cases she also charges the entire brokerage amount upon termination, this is pure fraud! We had eight weeks of stressful and wasted time with this agent. And it cost us a total of €2200 for nothing. People don't fall for it and do not do business with her.

We ended up with Annette because we saw her approach from the outside. With an enormous amount of personal attention, we were understood and guided, exactly what we really needed after experiences with other real estate agents. We were treated professionally and carefully from beginning to end and look back on a very pleasant collaboration. We bought a house and Angela from Mrs. Vastgoed Real Estate Agency was the selling broker. A nice lady who simply cannot remember certain agreements / commitments. We discussed matters during the purchase that she later denies. She makes us wait a long time for a response, the last time it was 7 weeks! When I indicate in an email that I am not satisfied and want to leave a review, I receive an email from her within an hour. I find it unfortunate that people are not honest, especially when it comes to money. I also consider her unreliable and would look for another broker!

Ms. Vastgoed was the real estate agent of the house that we bought in mid-December in the center. Even as an agent for the 'other party,' we found the viewings and further contact to be very pleasant. When we bought the house, they acted very quickly at our request to sign the preliminary purchase agreement. That could happen the same afternoon. Just before Christmas. Very nice. Mandy also played a large part in that. When we then had to sell our house, it was only natural that we asked Angela and Mandy for this job. Angela gave good tips on tasks that we could still do to speed up the sale. After the Christmas vacation, we quickly switched gears and the photos were taken. By the lovely photographer Jan.
