You taught me how to deal with aches and pains, if the pain was a 1, 2 or 3 on a scale of 10, and the pain went away within 2 days, then there wasn't really anything wrong, an important lesson for me. We also addressed my overweight. That was naturally somewhat a tricky issue, because this tricky client had indicated in advance that body weight wasn't the first priority. I must state that the weight was still a big challenge for me. I adjusted my eating pattern several times, but there were still small additions to what I ate, which occasionally crept in. It has surprised me that the lessons often have to be repeated before they are absorbed, that surprised me, you think that if something is explained, then you know it and will continue to know it, but that turned out to be quite different.
