I have never before left a review for a real estate agent. I do want to state that as a potential buyer, I haven't encountered such an impolite and uninterested realtor as this one. During a viewing, I received a short introduction, after which the lady simply started working noisily on the phone in the kitchen and the customer was left to figure things out themselves. When asking questions, I was bluntly referred to documents that I had already received by email. You go for the house, not for the realtor, but it doesn't have to be such an unpleasant experience. Supplement after Flora’s reaction, weeks later: Dear Flora, thank you for your response. I would indeed be interested in a substantive discussion about my experience. I am curious what the purpose of this “conversation” would be: I don’t get the impression from your defensive and “if you dare” reply that it will be very constructive. I understand that a negative review on Google is not pleasant, but I have simply told my experience truthfully in as polite a way as possible. A professional response from you would be to ask what the reason is for such a review. Then you would indeed offer a conversation without a hostile “if you dare” and then I would definitely participate.

Drove all the way there. Had a viewing in Lunetten, this realtor didn't tell me anything about the property. Literally within 2 minutes I was outside. Asked if they could send me the requested documents via email, this gentleman said 'I will arrange it' but no response received after just under a week. Afterwards, I called them with various questions and even made an offer (they asked me to do so via email), again no message received after a week and a half. I don't understand this realtor. How can you leave your property in their hands if they don't want to do anything!! It involves large amounts of money!!! Never experienced anything like it!!! Ridiculous!!!
