Through the mediation of this real estate agent, we bought a house with a maximum mortgage. After termination of the employment contract, it is no longer possible to meet the enormous monthly expenses. Buying a house with a mortgage is in fact renting a house from the bank. The current high prices are an enormous risk. But this real estate agent does not point out the risks at all.

Martijn, Coen and Manon fantastically helped us in the search for our new dream house and saying goodbye to our beloved apartment. We are very happy with the result they achieved for us, but perhaps even happier with how the process went. From the beginning of the assignment until the delivery of our apartment, there was pleasant and a lot of personal contact, we were guided with all attention in every step and received good and quick help when we had questions. It's actually a shame that the entire journey lasted so short (within 4 months our dream house was found and our old one sold);

The search for a house was a party from beginning to end. We got to know Martijn, Manon and Puck as professional, relaxed, very involved, with humor and all the time for us, which made it a pleasant process. Martijn advised us cleverly and expertly. He was also there during the transport. Thanks to Sleeping Beauties' expertise and sympathetic communication, we found our ideal house in a short amount of time!

Our experience with Sleeping Beauties was excellent. The apartment that we rented was well maintained and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. All problems or questions we had were resolved immediately. Due to the tight rental market, we requested an extension of our rental by one month. When we found a long-term apartment sooner than expected, we received our money back directly, after notice period. These are significant moving costs, but it really offered the best aspects of a hotel - amenities, utilities, cleaning service, combined with the best aspects of an AirBnB - the ability to register with a host family, a complete kitchen and privacy. This was the best option for our family of three and we highly recommend their services.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the heart of Utrecht! Apartment no. of the Domtoren was our accommodation for more than a month! It was a beautiful historic apartment with everything you need. Although you are right in the middle of Utrecht, near the Domtoren, the apartment complexes can be noisy, so we had no trouble relaxing and sleeping. Thank you for welcoming us!

The purchase of our new house in Utrecht with purchasing broker and advisor Sleeping Beauties went very well, but also very quickly. The latter can be interpreted in two ways and for clarification; this was very positive. Sleeping Beauties took care of us during the bidding/purchase process and also at the time of the transfer of ownership. In short, a service from A to Z, where quality and clear/open communication were the two most prominent characteristics. Our house is now being renovated extensively, will be in scaffolding for a while, and will be delivered as a home next year. Our canal apartment on the Oudegracht was the perfect location for our needs and was in excellent condition. The kitchen was better equipped than other short-term rentals I have stayed in, with an assortment of cookware and cutlery. The management of Sleeping Beauties was very professional and responsive. For example, when we called to say there were no hangers in the apartment, a generous supply was delivered within a few hours. We stayed at two different locations and both were fantastic. From the modern, elegant and comfortable decor to the well-considered amenities and personal touches, we would gladly stay in both accommodations again. To be more precise: we might prefer to explore other locations in their portfolio, as our colleague (who also stayed in two different apartments) is enthusiastic about her apartments. In short, Sleeping Beauties has achieved that rare trifecta where service, quality and product come together for an impeccable and seamless experience. We would highly recommend them for all accommodation needs in the Utrecht region... and wish they would expand to other regions to make travel/arrival even more pleasant.

I stayed for two months in their Watertoren apartment because I thought it would be a unique experience (which it indeed was). Although you are not in the center, it is only about 8 minutes by bike to Utrecht Centraal. An 8-minute walk to a nearby train station. I believe there is also a bus station right outside the door, but since the road was under construction at that time, I couldn't try it out. AH (Albert Heijn supermarket) is right outside the door and a beautiful park is nearby. Again, the location is unique. The interior is beautifully designed and very spacious with a high ceiling. With windows all around, it was also bright (at least when the sun shines). The service was also good, but I didn't have to contact them much because everything worked well during my stay.

During our search for a suitable home in Utrecht-Oost, we were excellently guided by Martijn and Coen. They did too much to allow us to view various homes. In the overheated market, thanks to their perseverance, it was possible to buy a beautiful home. All praise for Sleeping Beauties!
